Bright, colorful flowers are abundant in summer, along with a variety of softer hues. Lisianthus and dahlias arrive, along with hydrangea, sunflowers, cosmos, and many more.

Think deeper colors and lots of texture. Pillowy dahlias and heirloom mums dominate, along with southern fall foliages such as goldenrod, amaranth, and wild asters.
